Job Summary:
We are looking for a multitalented and highly creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a master of post-production with a strong portfolio showcasing not only expert video editing and greenscreen compositing, but also a flair for creating captivating 2D and 3D animations.
You will be responsible for transforming concepts and raw footage into compelling, polished content for everything from social media campaigns and corporate videos to narrative-driven pieces. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a natural sense of storytelling, and the technical prowess to bring ambitious creative visions to life through both editing and animation.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble video footage into a seamless, engaging final product that aligns with the project’s vision.
Design and execute high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and dynamic text animations.
Develop and produce original 2D and 3D animations, from initial concept and storyboarding to final render.
Expertly key, composite, and colour correct greenscreen footage to create believable and immersive scenes.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop concepts and contribute to the visual direction of projects.
Integrate music, dialogue, and sound effects to enhance the narrative and emotional impact.
Manage and organise project files and digital assets efficiently.
Stay current with the latest industry trends, software, and techniques in video editing and animation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist.
A strong and diverse portfolio is essential, demonstrating advanced skills in video editing, motion graphics, greenscreen compositing, and both 2D and 3D animation.
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Proficiency in 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Adobe Character) and 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya).
Solid understanding of video formats, colour correction, and audio mixing principles.
A strong artistic sense with an eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
